Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations/ Reschedules

If any session is cancelled by the company due to inclement weather, one of our representatives will contact the participants for the next available time or date. If there is no contact made to the participant by the booking information provided, please contact Playtime In Paradise via telephone or email to reschedule your booking within 7days of the initial scheduled date. The booking and payment for any session will remain valid for 14 days from the amendment date. After 14 days, your rescheduled session will be null and voided.
 

Absenteeism (No Show)

If any participant is absent without notice, the paid for session will be null and voided, and nonrefundable. 
 

Refund

All advertised product sales are final and nonrefundable.
